I just want to say, these people at this store are really amazing. Customer servise was blessing. They showed kindness they were supportive and communication was on point. I had taken my car in with quite a few issues. They worked hard and stuck with it and worked with me, till it was finished. Which was done in a good timely matter. I am so grateful and appreciate there hard work and communicating with me and be very supportive with each issue. I cant say thanks enough, to the staff at the vandalia store!
The service I received at this location was truly amazing from start to finish the professionalism that they demonstrate. They explain the work and detail that they would be performing. They did not try to over sale me. They work on my Jeep Wrangler. They did a complete head gasket repair. A full diagnostics on my vehicle. And this is after I had went to another repair shop that did not find the issue and had me paid for work that I did not need. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I bring all my vehicles to this location. Other repair shops to learn a lot from what they do and how they do it. I trust my vehicles to them as I also drive over 30 minutes to get to this location. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
My first appointment was an oil change which was a good experience. My second appointment was for a tire sensor to be replaced but I ended up needing a right rear hub assembly as well. Customer service was excellent and repair was done in a professional and timely manner. I work very close to the Vandalia location so when my car was ready to be picked up Accel Automotive was nice enough to pick me up from work so I could get my car. Definitely recommend and will use again for my car repairs and maintenance.
We take our cars and truck to Excel only! I have purchased tires had major and minor repairs. Work has been excellent and priced below competitors. Oil changes -only use Excel. Far less expensive than the chains. Thank you Jamie Brian and Zach!
I am planning on taking a 1994 Honda Prelude on a long trip (Ohio to New Jersey) and asked the staff at ACEL to thoroughly review and perform all required maintenance. They reviewed all items that required Immediate maintenances and pointed some that will require future maintenance. and I am very satisfied with the work the car runs like it was new. They will be our ' GO TO 'auto repair service from now on.
